  • Semi-formal dress code enforced

  • NOMAD reserves the right to refuse service for any reason

  • NOMAD closes at 2 AM; orders stop 30 minutes before closing

  • NOMAD enforces a dress code policy

  • NOMAD has a strict capacity limit, please make sure the entire party is present to allow for a pleasant experience

  • ID's will be checked with any credit card transaction

  • Servers will close out after every transaction during peak business hours for smooth service

  • Patrons' belongings are their own responsibility, including but not limited to:

    • Items in patrons' cars

    • Credit Cards

    • Keys

    • Phones

    • Wallets & Purses

  • Every section has a max capacity 8 people

  • Please do not stand on the furniture

  • Any damage done to hookahs/heads must be paid for

  • Security will check all people and bags entering the building

  • Patrons may be asked to leave for not following rules or being otherwise rude/unruly

  • Management/Establishment is not responsible for any lost, stolen, and/or broken items

  • Management/Establishment is not responsible for any physical or bodily damage done by, including but not limited to, coals, smoking, or slip/fall

  • By entering the premises patrons / visitors (paying or otherwise) are agreeing to the above policies
